Broxton Hall Hotel has announced the launch of the new website for the luxury Cheshire venue, as part of a planned series of investment and national promotion for the business. The website, which was designed by local developers at Red Slate Internet, is designed to act as a resource for visitors to the area and local residents with information about the facilities available and local attractions.

Ben Sutcliffe, Director of Sponge Marketing Ltd which manages the hotels marketing, commented: We are all very pleased with the website. The design reflects the style of the business and its advanced search engine marketing will put the business in front of web users across the world. The content management system on the website means it can now be used more efficiently to keep customers up to date with the latest news and special offers from the hotel. It will be well worth customers regularly returning. Broxton Hall, an impressive black and white hall dating back to the Tudors, was once the home of 007 actor Roger Moore and has previously been used as the local Magistrates Court, an Inland Revenue office and stud farm. The hall, set in 5 acres of landscaped gardens, now houses ten en-suite bedrooms, function rooms, bar area and popular conservatory restaurant, which is open 7 days a week to the general public. Hotel owner, John Ireland, said: We didnt just want the new website to be an online brochure, we wanted to encourage interaction with our current and potential customers. Red Slate has exceeded our expectations by creating easy-to-use enquiry forms and linking with third parties to enable online hotel reservations. There are a number of additional pages planned for the coming months. The new website is part of a series of developments planned at the historical venue, with improvements and events to be announced throughout 2008.
